OFFER works for the uplift of children in West Bengal. Its been 20 years since we reached out to the first child in a kolkata slum. Since then, we have learnt and grown each day. Join us on this unique journey. There's lot to be done: for with each passing day, more children join the ranks of the homeless and unloved.
