We strive to create an environment where children
can play, think, laugh, and grow as children and practical
responses are given to the needs of disadvantaged children.
Such responses must include their families.

in attitude.
Objectives
• To provide a practical response to the needs of disadvantaged children and their families.
• To enable the children to enjoy a more normal childhood, to become independent through education and to have the potential a blend into mainstream society.
Our Clienteles
OFFER works for and with about 5500 children from the squatters, shanties, physically and mentally challenged children, children infected with HIV and the children in need of immediate care and protection along with their families and the communities in which they belong. |
