Warm Greetings!
It is the twenty second years of expedition in the walk of development for the poor and marginalized which OFFER has completed. We observe the socio-economic and political turmoil took place in our surroundings but despite of all happenings OFFER has been tirelessly carrying out the services for the clientele groups. Global melt down obviously is a shade back for all the organizations concerned while OFFER is not an exception.

| OFFER believes since its inception that “Education is the manifestation of perfections which already in human being”, which is a quote from Vivekanda. In line with the thought OFFER always focused on the education for the unprivileged, marginalized and vulnerable children.
During the post independence era, India has been striving for uplifting the conditions of marginalized people. And in the epoch of globalization, it is yet to achieve that goal! Despite all kinds of rapid physical development in our country, there is a gulf of gap in reducing extreme poverty & hunger of the marginalized!
A notable action has been taken by OFFER in rescuing 30 children from s state government aided Home in compliance with the request from the Director, Social Welfare, Women & Children and Jails, government of West Bengal. Despite of dwelling in a Home the children were in a vulnerable conditions and considering their vulnerable situation OFFER has taken the responsibility. Now the children have been residing in Apanjan (dear & near one).
The children are the future of the nation and OFFER has been playing an important and pivotal role to build up the human resources by inculcating education, skill development for those who have been denied the opportunities to being so. During the last 22 years OFFER taught thousands of vulnerable children and out of those many of them have become self employed or employed.
In this manner OFFER, along with the activists, volunteers and innumerable well-wishers must continue the efforts for the children in order to convert them into human resources, who will be the driving force of the future generations.
